Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The “Sponsor” of theContest is DOSH Holdings, Inc. located at 13501 Galleria Circle, #300, Austin,TX 78738.

Eligibility.
‍The School’s Back with Cash Back Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)is open to individuals who: (1) are 18 years of age or older; (2) are legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia and physically present in the United States at the time of Entry; (3) have installed the Dosh application on a mobile device and created a Dosh account, including providing valid credit or debit card information, which is in good standing as of the start of the Sweepstakes; and (4) have Internet access. Good standing means that the Dosh account has not been flagged byDosh Holdings, Inc. (“Dosh” or the “Sponsor”) for fraudulent activity or suspended by Dosh at the start of or during the Sweepstakes.Employees, officers, directors, agents or other representatives of the Sponsor (the“Promotion Parties”) and all members of their immediate families(parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household with them, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. 

Entry Period.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 20, 2020 and ends at 11:59:59PM ET on August 5,2020 (the “Entry Period”). Central Time means the local time in Austin, TX on the specified date. The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device with respect to all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

‍Entry Limits.
Requirements are listed below. An individual/DOSH account holder may not have more than one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.  

‍How to Enter; Entry Requirements:
During the Entry Period, eligible individuals must complete the Entry Form located at:

(each an “Entry”). AllEntries must be received by the conclusion of the Entry Period in to be eligible for consideration.

Grant of Rights in Entry.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, e-mail address, and phone number for all legitimate business purposes in perpetuity including advertising and promotional activities without additional compensation unless prohibited bylaw. Sponsor is not responsible for the failure of any Entrant to be included in the Sweepstakes due to technical problems with the Entry Form and/or theEntrant’s inability to share any content on social media platforms.  

‍ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning are based on eligible number of entries received. Each Winner will be selected in a random drawing to take place on August 6, 2020.

Winner Selection and Notification. Six (6) total winners will be randomly selected on August6, 2020 with individual winners notified as per the below.  
Winners will be announced on Sponsor social media channels after August 9, 2020 but no later than September 1, 2020. Each Winner will be contacted via the email account provided when the Winner registered their Dosh account wherein the Sponsor will ask for the individual’s email address associated with their Dosh account. 

Each Winner must respond to Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours to remain eligible, and upon validation of the Winner’sDosh account and other eligibility requirements including completing a PrizeEligibility Affidavit, the Winner will be awarded the respective Prize. In the event that the communication to a Winner is returned as undeliverable,Sponsor is unable to contact the Winner, the Winner does not respond to theSponsor’s communication within twenty-four (24) hours, or the Winner does not comply with the requirements of the prize notification email during the timeframes provided or is otherwise disqualified under these Official Rules, their prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select another winner in the same manner as the original Winner.   By accepting aPrize, a Winner grants their permission (except where prohibited by law) to theSponsor’s use of their name, likeness, biographical information, and prize won for future advertising and publicity in any in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any lawful commercial purpose, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. By accepting a prize, a Winner agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use, misuse or possession of any prize. 

‍Prizes.  
EachWinner will receive either $1000 or $500 deposited to their Dosh wallet within sixty (60) days after the close of the Entry Period. Any prize received is non-assignable and is non-transferable. The first, third and fifth Winners drawn will receive a grand prize of $1000deposited into their Dosh wallet within sixty (60) days. The second, fourth and sixth Winners drawn will receive $500 deposited into their Dosh wallet within sixty (60) days. Any prize received is non-assignable and is non-transferable.

Disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it believes has violated these Official Rules, is not eligible to participate, who has provided false information, acted in a harassing or unsportsmanlike manner with respect to Sponsor or any Entrant, or tampered with the operation of the Sweepstakes, including by hacking, attempting to participate via multiple accounts, or using any bot or other automatic means to affect participation in or operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions as to all other issues, including eligibility, shall be final. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by the law and to disqualify the Entrant from the Sweepstakes. 

‍General Conditions; Limitation of Liability.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, and Sponsor’s Terms of Service and PrivacyPolicy.  Sponsor is not responsible for, and by participating each Entrant releases the Sponsor and PromotionParties from, any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, for any problems related to, technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, traffic, congestion on the internet or any website, unauthorized intervention, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, unavailability of any website or platform, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled, or misdirected communications which may limit a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor is not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of any winners, or in any Sweepstakes materials.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, or based on the technical, legal and policy requirements of the platform(s) by which it is made available, and to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of theSweepstakes and, if terminated, at Sponsor’s discretion, determine the Winners using all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation using the procedures outlined above.  In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual entering the Sweepstakes during the EntryPeriod, the authorized subscriber of the email account associated with the social media account used to participate in the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.  Authorized subscriber means the natural person who is assigned the email address by the relevant Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address associated with the Dosh account used to participate in the Sweepstakes.  California Civil Code Section 1542provides that: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDIT OR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS ORHER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.  By participating, each Entrant, on behalf of him or herself and his or her heirs, successors, assigns, agents and representatives, acknowledges that he or she understands the significance and consequences of California Civil Code Section 1542 and, to the extent it may be applicable, hereby waives its benefits, with the intent that the releases and waivers of liability in these Official Rules include claims known or unknown, and suspected or unsuspected.  

‍Disputes.
Except where prohibited by law, any action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted before a single arbitrator, all pursuant to the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules as supplemented by AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes(collectively, the “AAA Rules”). The arbitration shall be held at a location in the state in which you live.  There shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated (or otherwise disputed) on a class or representative basis; arbitration can only decide Sponsor’s and your individual claims and the arbitration may no consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated. ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANYTHING AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IS HEREBY WAIVED.Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Official Rules, if the amount in dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these OfficialRules is less than the jurisdictional maximum of a small claims court applicable in the state in which the Entrant lives, the Entrant may bring an action in such small claims court for such dispute, which will be in lieu of arbitration or an action in any other court.
